Heidi joined the team at DBS in May of 2018. She is the voice our customers first hear when they call DBS. Heidi comes to DBS with over seven years of customer service experience. Her favorite things about working for DBS are the positive work environment, learning opportunities and quality work from a supportive team.
When Heidi isn’t busy working she enjoys spending time with her husband, Nate, dog Eamon, and cat Lady. She loves a competitive board game as well as long walks around the dog park!
