Accounting Coordinator

What You Would Do


  • Lead our bookkeeping team
  • Process payroll, incentives, and taxes
  • Oversee A/R and A/P accounts
  • Oversee inventory
  • Provide accurate, responsive analysis, and reporting of financial information
  • Prepare budgets and tax filings
  • Work with external accounting firms and outside auditors
  • HR- paperwork and filings


What We Need for this Role

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance is required
  • CPA is desirable
  • 5+ years of experience in an accounting role
  • Previous management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
